Step 1: Log In or Sign Up

Returning? Select “I have an account” and log in using your phone or email. We’ll text you a quick PIN to verify.
Step 2: Choose Your Package
Explore all our services—photos, drone, video, floor plans, and more. Pick what fits your listing.
Step 3: Add Property Details
Fill in the address, listing price, and any helpful notes. You can upload files here too.
Step 4: Add Extras (Optional)
Want drone shots, twilight photos, or virtual staging? Toggle on any add-ons you need.
Don’t see something? Book your order and email us—we’ll take care of it.
Step 5: Add Client Info + Homeowner (Optional)
If you’re logged in, your details will autofill.
Add the homeowner to send them a pre-shoot checklist and live shoot-day updates (no pricing or invoice info will be shared with them).
Step 7: Schedule Access + Pick a Date
Let us know how we’ll access the property (lockbox, agent, etc.), then choose your preferred date and time.
Step 8: Final Review & Submit
Review your order, apply any promo or referral codes, agree to the terms, and submit!
After You Book
You'll receive a confirmation email + a live tracking link to follow our arrival and progress.
If you added the homeowner, they’ll get updates too—arrival time, start, and finish.
Once your media is delivered, take a moment to review everything. If you have any edit requests or notice something that needs adjusting, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We always do our best to get revisions back the same day, but it may take until the next business day depending on the request.
