• Remove all cars from the driveway

• Close all windows

• Open all curtains and blinds

• Turn on all interior lights

Taking care of these simple steps not only helps us capture clean, consistent shots—it also helps us stay on time with the day’s schedule.

For the best results, we encourage completing the full checklist below. A clean, well-prepared home photographs better, shows beautifully online, and gives buyers the space to picture themselves living there.

Interior Prep

• Clean floors, windows, and surfaces

• Declutter countertops and remove personal items

• Arrange furniture to highlight the space

• Add fresh flowers or greenery (optional)

Kitchen

• Clear countertops and hide sponges and soap

• Wipe down appliances and sinks

• Tuck away trash bins and cleaning supplies

Living Rooms

• Straighten pillows and fold blankets

• Clear coffee tables and surfaces

• Hide cords, chargers, and remotes

• Arrange furniture neatly

Bedrooms

• Make beds with neutral, wrinkle-free bedding

• Tidy nightstands and floors

• Hide personal items and clutter

Bathrooms

• Clear countertops and hide toiletries

• Add clean towels and wipe down mirrors

Exterior Prep

• Mow the lawn and trim bushes

• Sweep walkways and remove debris
